Our niece Hannah graduates in May and this sweet and beautiful girl has a bright future. She works hard and has wonderful dreams. I had so much fun having Annalise along and her Mom Trisha (Jason's sister) there as well. It just made it so special. I love what I do and It was such an honor to do this for her.

Madison is the second sister in a sweet family that I have photographed. She is about to graduate high school and she is quite the lady. She's insanely talented in art and is going to school on a scholarship for her amazing work. Her sweet reserved spirit made her so nice to work with and believe it or not, I loved having her mom there to help me see ruffles in her shirt and hairs out of place... It was a beautifully cold day at the park and it served us well.

There is something so special about a senior about to graduate high school.. there is a different kind of confidence and hope and light shining through. I am excited to see what this girl accomplishes. It is truly an honor to photograph these once in a lifetime seasons in peoples' lives.

Time to update! I will do my best to keep it short, but here are some favorites since my last post... 

That's all I can do for now... the 3 year old is climbing on me and I need to get ready for church. I love photography and capturing special memories.. I love growing and learning and can hardly wait for my next session with my niece who is graduating high school. =)

Brooke's session was definately one of my favorites. She was so easy going and had a refreshed confidence after recently getting her braces off. She is such a sweetheart with a wonderful heart for the Lord. She's got such a bright future ahead.

Brooke JUST got her braces off and has the most beautiful smile. She was so much fun to work with~despite the fact that she got stung by a bee at the very beginning of the shoot.

I had a great opportunity recently to do my first wedding. I didn't know the bride and groom but a friend at church was coordinating the wedding and asked if I would take pictures. I was pretty excited to be able to do this. I had my friend Lindsey help me out. She's been doing photography a little longer. I love having her with me. Here's a few favorites from the day.

It was a HOT day in July, but it didn't stop these sweet kids from smiling and having a good time. I could do this every day. I love capturing life. I hope this sweet family is blessed by these memories.
